Due to COVID health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product The Hair Lab does not accept returns. Unfortunately items on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. We do encourage you to inspect your order thoroughly before using it or apply any form of product, cutting the lace or bundles .
